1. Acceptance of Terms

4.3 Account Security Obligations

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods and Processing

kli108 supports deposits through major Indonesian banking institutions including BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata. We reserve the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request, particularly for first-time withdrawals, unusually large amounts, or when suspicious activity is detected. You may be required to provide additional documentation, undergo a verification phone call, or complete a source-of-funds questionnaire before the withdrawal is approved.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

In accordance with international AML standards and financial regulations, kli108 requires that all deposited funds be wagered at least once (1x wagering requirement) before withdrawal eligibility. This policy prevents our Platform from being used for money laundering or other illegal financial activities. Deposits must remain in your Account for a minimum of 48 hours and be subject to at least 1x turnover before withdrawal requests will be honored. 6.2 Bonus Abuse and Restrictions

kli108 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close Accounts in cases of bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, wagering patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk (such as betting on opposite outcomes in sports), using third-party software or betting systems to exploit bonus terms, colluding with other Players to manipulate bonus conditions, or otherwise acting in bad faith to gain unfair advantage from promotional offers.

We may restrict or exclude certain Players from bonus eligibility based on betting patterns, jurisdiction, payment method, or previous bonus abuse history. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met, and maximum bet limits (typically Rp 25,000 to Rp 50,000 per spin/bet) apply while bonus is active. Violating maximum bet rules results in bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.

7. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

7.1 Sports Betting Regulations

All sports bets placed on kli108 are subject to our sports betting rules, which govern bet settlement, result determination, postponed/abandoned events, and dispute resolution. 9. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Technical difficulties, internet connectivity issues, server maintenance, software malfunctions, or force majeure events may temporarily affect Platform availability. In such circumstances, kli108 will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly but shall not be held liable for losses resulting from Platform downtime.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising between you and kli108 regarding Account balance, bet settlement, bonus terms, withdrawals, or any other matter related to Platform use, you agree to first contact our customer support team to seek amicable resolution. Most disputes can be resolved informally through good-faith discussion with our support staff.

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, you may escalate the matter to our management team by submitting a formal written complaint via email to [email protected] including your Account details, transaction reference numbers, and detailed description of the dispute. We will investigate and respond within 10 business days.

kli108's decision on any dispute shall be final and binding. We maintain detailed records of all Account activity, transactions, and communications for dispute resolution purposes. In the event of discrepancies between Player records and kli108 system records, our system records shall be deemed authoritative.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kli108 is licensed and operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be brought exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

Notwithstanding the above, kli108 reserves the right to seek injunctive relief or enforce intellectual property rights in any jurisdiction where such enforcement is necessary or appropriate.

12. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, databases, and intellectual property displayed on the kli108 Platform are the exclusive property of kli108 or our licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without express written permission from kli108. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in civil liability and criminal prosecution.

13. Account Closure and Suspension

kli108 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at our sole discretion if we reasonably suspect breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, payment disputes, bonus abuse, multiple Accounts, underage gambling, or any conduct detrimental to Platform integrity. In such cases, we may forfeit your Account Balance and void outstanding bets.

You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining Balance (subject to completion of wagering requirements on active bonuses). Accounts closed due to breach of Terms forfeit all funds. Accounts closed voluntarily by the Player in good standing will have funds returned after deduction of any applicable fees or outstanding obligations.
